Best fitness app available! Well... Now I can keep up with my tyler durden workout without Googling the images for the exercices... :D
Since this app is for free, it is the best Ive seen on the app-store! Many exercises with pictures and short texts.
But please underline the important parts about what you must not do wrong (in order to prevent injuries)!
This app still has quite a few flaws and could definitely be cleaned up (doubled up exercises, exercises in the wrong section). Still a great fitness app and highly recommend it!
I really like this app its so helpful and easy to use its like having a personal trainer for free
Its great for a guide for proper form when doing a workout, and great to have it as a journal too.

nice app BUT the LOG doesnt work if you click "save" the app crashes down!!
The most important feature is broken. Good app especially the anatomy part but useless without saving functionality. At least for me.
This app is missing a lot of basic workouts. Its limited. You have to scroll everytime u input your workout session. What a waste.
I bought this app a while ago it was running fine with no issues but now I installed it on my new iPhone 4s and i see ads all over. They give me an option to buy a banner free version for 99 cents..... Again...

This app simply doesnt work. Im wanting to track my cardio exercises (for example elliptical machine). It allows me to input the exercise, but states "Your cardio log is saved. Cardio logs are only visible in "Overall Stats" under the tab Logs". Unfortunately when I go to that area, it reads everything a zero (calories burned, distance make, etc.). Clearly a major bug.
Combined with the fact that the app hasnt been updated since January 2011, and their website hasnt been updated since October 2009, Id say this app is broken and abandoned. Dont download!
The app seems to be useful at first. But then it fails. When you create a set with reps & Lbs for an exercise how do you add the sets to your workout log?? You have to click the Pencil icon and enter the weight & reps again? Whats the point of creating the sets? It doesnt make sense. The support page only shows an overview of the app and when trying to send an e-mail for support I get an error message. I guess thats what you get for 0.99$
